Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) helps to relieve gas & cramps, & has long been associated with the Goddess Artemis. Artemis has been associated with the moon & protector of women. 

White Willow (Salix alba)  helps to relieve pain. It also contains the compound salicin, which is the original source of the synthetic derivative Asprin.

Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) as the name suggests helps with any form of cramping, not limited to menstrual cramps but backaches as well.

Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) is an anti-inflammatory & an aromatic that helps to soothe our mind.

Copaiba relieves tension, & may help to reduce the appearance of scars & stretch marks. Copaiba has high levels of a phytocannabinoid called beta-caryophyllene, which binds to CB2 receptors in our brain. The CB2 receptor is the peripheral receptor for cannabinoids.

Lavender (Lavendula officinalis) provides a beautiful calming aromatherapy & may help to relieve tension & anxiety.
